We offer a variety of apples, plums, pears, and strawberries,  in our orchards, including honeycrisp, cortland, zestar, connell red & twin bee gala.  We also offer asparagus, garlic, schallots and many other fruits and vegetables that we will be adding to our Website. Here's a quick overview of our most popular apples: Get the Apple.                                                                                                              Make the treat.      HoneyCrisp -   This is a real crowd pleaser.  The fruit is large and the skin is red over a yellow                background ,The cream colored flesh is exceptionally crisp and juicy.  Honeycrisp fruit stores very well, up to 5 months or more in common refrigerated storage.     Cortland - A red striped apple that is white fleshed.  Good all around apple and of excellent baking        and processing quality.     Zestar - Flavor is the most outstanding feature of this apple.  The flesh is white with a crisp and            juicy texture.  Fruit will store about seven weeks in common storage.  Twin Bee Gala - The fruits have a beautiful reddish-orange background and prominent red stripes that cover 90 - 100% of the surface.  Flesh is crisp, firm and juicy with a sweet flavor.     Connell Red - A large sized apple that is solid red or striped red in color.  It has a sweet flavor,          which makes it good for eating, as well as a fine texture that holds up well when cooked, making it a good choice for baking and sauces.  Please call ahead 920-837-2804 for ripening and picking dates.
